If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
Mulch orders cannot be returned after delivery is complete. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery and call the nursery with any problems or questions.
**Please note: Creekside Nurseries guarantees all exterior nursery plants, shrubs, and trees sold and installed by them to be true to name, free from disease, healthy at time of installation, and of equal size or greater than the American Nursery & Landscape Association standards. All trees and shrubs installed by Creekside Nurseries will be guaranteed for a period of one year from date of installation provided they receive reasonable and proper care. Installed ground cover and perennials are also guaranteed for a period of one year. Annuals, seed and sod are not covered under this guarantee.
